Spanish gastronomy

The gastronomy of Spain is 2nd Ex-aequo in Europe (with Italian's, after French's). National Favourites include Cocido (in Madrid), Paella (in Valencia), Croquetas, tapas and Jamon (everywhere). They also have excellent (and well-priced) wine. Our favourites include Lentejas, Cabrito, Fabada and Pulpo a la Gallega.
