Pork

Pork is the meat from Pigs (from French's "porc", where there is no distinction between the animal and its meat). It is popular in continental Europe (especially France, Spain, Germany).

A favorite is the Spanish secreto iberico from the eponymous breed of pig, which mixes fat and meat in a perfect combination.

Another from French cuisine is the "côtes de porc à la crême".
