We used the thermomix a lot in Spain.

Pasta

Pasta is primarily the Italian delicacy, which deserves a page of its own.

In a larger sense, it encompasses all that mixes flour and water (plus other things and using a variety of techniques). The most famous variations are:

• Pate brisée. (Shortcrust pastry, Masa quebrada); see recipe with thermomix.
• Pate feuilletée [1].
• Crêpes
