La Pedriza

La Pedriza is the most scenic mountain range from la Sierra de Madrid and one of our favourite destinations there. It is one of the largest granitic ranges of Europe, and features wild Spanish ibex, streams and the most beautiful giant rocks in Europe.

Even if it would not be sitting by the Spanish capital—being a major attraction for over 3 million people less than one hour ago (30 minutes from Tres Cantos)—this would be a highlight of the Iberian peninsula and people would come specifically to this spot to enjoy its unique sceneries.
