Isar

The Isar is a tributary to the Danube flowing in Tyrol, Austria and Bavaria, 295 km in length from the Karwendel range of the Alps down to Deggendorf.

On its way from the mountains to the Donau it passes along Garching (and of course through Munich) so it is what most qualifies as "our river".
