Could be?
Who knows?
There's something due any day
I will know, right away
Soon as it shows

Today Julia corrected my English pronunciation for the first time (of "tomato", also contrasting how I pronounce it and how I should). She later said to her mum "Now I speak only English, and not Spanish", and turning to me "Now I speak only English, and not... your language".

Isn't clockwise/anticlockwise itself a mnemonic to say which way positive angles go on the trigonometric circle? It's hard to believe young generations would imagine time goes "anticlockwise" on a clock... Now they have to figure this out from trigonometry.

I don't even need to go back to this chapter which I read more than 20 years ago, to know that it's taken out of context. Feynman was experimenting with an attitude to get attention in a bar; with success. Because not Feynman's natural inclination, but bars, are like that. #1/3

And indeed he was placing experimenting and theorizing about anything above everything else; political correctness, respectability, decency, included. He was that much in pursuit of truth. Implying he was a sexual harasser is nonsense and a total misunderstanding of the man. #2/3

"It doesn't matter how beautiful your theory is, it doesn't matter how smart you are. If it doesn't agree with experiment, it's wrong." The case is beautifully presented, the attack is smart, the cause it defends is noble, but it doesn't matter. It's still wrong. #3/3.

Following the logic of last year, wouldn't be surprised if it goes to Katie Bouman. Anyway, my bet is on Anton (not you, ours), whose task on our wish list is to bring a Nobel prize to Wolverhampton (preferably in Physics).
