They started with the aim not to be evil, which is the most important you can ask, but in 2018 they relayed this central motto to some annex and indeed started to behave evilly. They still remain of a much better standard than other members from the GAFAM but head in the wrong direction. Censorship on YouTube for instance is particularly worrisome.
