We had a house in Chaméane, France, since I was a child and until 28 October (2021), when it carried on its journey throughout the longing days of Auvergne countryside, with another family. Before us, it was the home of the Vernet-la-Varenne's village school, M. René Sauzet, who passed away at a young age. Many of my dearest memories will remain attached to this little plot of land, lost in time and in the middle of France.
