A favourite depiction is El Greco's La Agonía en el Jardín, Oil on canvas, c. 1595, Toledo Museum of Art, Ohio, USA, which we have, unfortunately, never visited.
There is a tiny but powerful representation (along with the rest of the Passion) in van Eyck's Arnolfini Portrait, at London's National Gallery.
