Pedraza

Pedraza-15Feb2019-31.jpg

Pedraza is one of the most scenic villages of the provincia de Segovia, also selected as one of the most beautiful villages of Spain. It kept much of its medieval aspect, including its unique entry door, a medieval carcel, its walls, it has a castle within the village itself, and no asphalted roads. One of the main delights is to walk through its streets. It is also a typical destination to taste the Segovian gastronomy. We visited the place on 15 February (2019). It was later chosen by Spanish director Alex de la Iglesia for his series 30 monedas which was great fun to see and recognize familiar places (such as the coffee table on the village's square which is the exact same one, we like to think, as the one in our gallery below).
