Amir Rahmani (b. 18 April (1983)) is an Iranian physicist, who visited our group from 15 March (2015) till 15 September (2015). He discovered the Paria sphere $\rho_\theta(t)^2+|\langle(\ud{a_\theta}b_\theta)(t)\rangle|^2=({N(t)}/{2})^2+\mathcal{P}(t)$ that explains how the phase of coupled condensates rule their coupling in detuned situations.[1]
He also visits us at ICMM, as part of the (senior) Erasmus program, on the periods 2–6 December (2024) and 23–27 June (2025).
