sure but if the angle would read arccos(pi^4+pi^5-e^6/2pi^{9/2}), that'd still be "ain't right" (as an angle) though with no approximation. The drawing is right provided the angle isn't a "right" one, is my understanding of the joke.
The angle is given as > 90°.

It is even worse than that, not the equivalence but its timing constrain is basically impossible to meet, being such a slow process from the Spanish side. It is indeed designed to favour Spaniards in a way tantamount to nepotism while still pretending to be fair and open.
