Stendhal

Henri Beyle, better known under his flamboyant mononym of Stendhal, is a French writer of the 19th century, remembered for being a great plume of romanticism and realism.

Best known for Le Rouge et le Noir and De l'Amour, he is also remembered for La Chartreuse de Parme and his biography of Napoleon.

He theorized, from pure intuition of a direct experience and his great power of introspection, the process of crystalization:

I feel many similarities with him, not only for crystallization (I was reading his essay during the 12 August (2026) Eclipse), but also for his style and desire to write down everything, often to the chagrin and desolation of others:
