The quantum Boltzmann equation in semiconductor physics. D.W. Snoke in Annalen der Physik 523:87 (2010). What the paper says!?
This is a review-like article (in honour to Cardona) describing the use of Boltzmann equations in semiconductor physics. This covers both excitons (in particular Ref. [1]), electron-hole plasmas and polaritons. There, he describes my own work [2] but incorrectly as his discussion is actually on the seed of the decoupled ground state with Yuri Rubo[3] (cf. his Eq. (11)).
Snoke refers to the quantum Boltzmann equation as the "Fokker-Planck equation".
