Maman

Drawn upside-down (maybe so that Elena would see the drawing since she was facing her, though it is known some children start drawing upside down) on 30, April (2017), in la casa de Asturias (2 years, 4 months):

  On the same day as above, she also drew her grandmother (2 years, 4 months). This one she drew in the good direction (but then, the grandmother was sitting nearby).

  Another portrait of Elena, (2 years, 4 months, 23 days). Less scribbling. According to the artist, this features a hat (sombrero) and coleta.

  Muñeca (2 years, 5 months, 2 weeks). This one looks happy and jumping.

• 

  Muñeca (2 years, 5 months, 2 weeks). This one looks sad and falling. This was recycled by the Artist for Elena's 36 birthday.

  With colors, in a style reminiscent of a Japanese engraving (2 years, 10 months, 11 days).

  Same date, in a letter to Papa Noel asking for a blue Flamenco dress. One can recognize the typical character at the center of the piece.

  Collage done at Meme's atelier, in November 2017 (almost 3 years)

  Drawing for Abu's birthday, on 26th November 2017 (almost 3 years). She also copied the letters a-b-u (for the first time).

  Painting with water colours for meme's birthday in December 2017 (almost 3 years). She painted meme from an upside down view on purpose.

  On 19th of February 2018, they painted trees in winter colours at school, while listening to Vivaldi's music. She painted only the upper part of the tree as if it was the leaves.

  She made this on the same day at home, a dad and a mum, after Elena started with a circle using stones, sticks and wood building blocks. She quickly liked it and finished the dad, then did the mum completely alone (only needing help to close the face loop). She then realised that they had no body...
