Our Catedrático at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Carlos TejedorElena's thesis director—is our guest this Friday at Mayorcita.

This is the menu for a "Madrileño" with an intimate knowledge of the Barrios de Madrid:

It's delightful to see someone who knows everything of Madrid see it all unravel before his eyes. We've learned of a few locations to visit before we leave the Plaza Mayor, among which Lhardy, la Bola (para el cocido) y una misteriosa torre de Madrid, del siglo XV, que involucro a los Franceses.

You see that I switched to Spanish already. Wine was plentiful so I really have to submit this blost post now and go to sleep. Maybe on the roof, as was previously suggested.
