This is what we do most days of the year since we live in Felipe III. But tonight we will celebrate the first dinner with guests.

The menu:

• Asturian cider (cosecha propia) with selection of Spanish olives and views of Madrid's sunset timelapsed.
• Estofado de Rabo de toro with French fries and rice.
• Tarta de Mora, Torrijas y otros pasteles variados.

Wine will be that of the stew to start with, a Côte d'Auvergne, and then from whatever can fall (could be our bottle of Apricus).
