Hamburger
The hamburger is the highlight of American gastronomy. Interestingly, it is also a symbol of junk food, which tells much about America as a culinary experience. It is one of Guille's favourite food and Elena is also fond of it. Fabrice avoids it as much as he can if not cooked at home, making it a point to decline what looks more like a temptation and corruption than a treat. But everything can be turned into an Art. Even the hamburger, which of course has a lot of sub-culture around it, like the Heart Attack Grill or the Burger Extravagant. Since we're doing it ourselves (April (2020), we came to do it more regularly, since it remains the most convenient to have during a movie.
