«They told us that our hero has played his trump card
He doesn't know how to go on»
Donald Trump (14 June (1946)) is the current president of the United States. A strong-willed out-of-establishment character, in those capacities, he is one of the most influential political figures of our times.
I initially had great hopes, and a touch of admiration, for his promising historical role and capacity to go against the destructive manifest destiny of the US empire.
However, he proved disappointing in a series of outrageous, if not criminal, decisions he took since the beginning of 2026:
On 3 January (2026), Trump invaded Venezuela, and thus failed on the most important—if not the only important—promise he had made to the World: act for peace; let alone that his efforts regarding the War in Ukraine have been pathetic and impotents. He is, therefore and after all, a looser and, which is worst, a criminal like many of his predecessors.
On 28 February (2026), Trump—together with Israel—attacked Iran and worsened by orders of magnitude his Venezuela venture, finding, this time, a resistance which might prove fatal if not to the World as a whole, probably to him and his legacy in History.
