Now that my interest got into meteo, I'm paying much attention to what the sky does above me.

On the day (today) that I received my gauge to measure amounts of precipitation (not believing the 1mm of two days ago that flooded my water deposit), the elements graced me with a tiny bit of rain, but not enough to be measured (drops in the container, as opposed to a volume of given height). The rain was not negligible entirely. It covered trees also with droplets, and the roof got spattered although not enough to bring water into the gutters. I'll keep watching.
