On the menu of the 2013 New Year's Eve banquet

For the New Year's Eve dinner, I am in charge of the starters. I have decided to have a try at:

  • Crème Brûlée de Foie gras~[1].
  • Soupe de courgettes, espuma de parmesan et croustillants méditerranéens~[2].

I've heard Julio will make a cocktail with Cava and mandarines, and Inma for the main course is after a crema de langostinos. The midnight dessert in Spain is, of course, the twelve grapes, to be taken at the song of the Puerta del Sol. This year, for the first time, we'll be doing it with the original bell in direct sight.
