Carlos Sánchez Muñoz

Carlos is a Doctor of Physics (see his thesis), a gifted Researcher, specialist of light-matter quantum interactions. He was one of our most direct and fruitful coworker as a student at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, particularly on cQED topics, where he led the discovery of the bundler, for which he was awarded the 2017 prize for the best theoretical physics thesis in condensed matter (es) by GEFES. He made a post-doc with Franco Nori in Japan and is currently a Marie Curie fellow in Oxford (initially with Diego Porras who however moved back to Spain in the meantime).
