The University of Wolverhampton is the UK University where we (Elena and Fabrice) are currently based. It is spread on four campuses across the West Midlands, Shropshire and Staffordshire, all places of outstanding natural beauty. The city campus is located in Wolverhampton city centre, facing the magnificent church, the oldest parts of it dating back to 994. This makes for a gorgeous exit every day after work. The University has considerably invested in equipment and buildings in recent years and strengthened its STEM portfolio, opening several new branches for teaching and research. In some areas of Research, it is World Leading! (see [1]) Now it has Physics as well, and we are developing this most fundamental of all disciplines.

How to get there

From the train station, it is a short and pleasant walk (although you have to cross the "ring" (highway), there is a full-time pedestrian access over it):

We are in the Wulfruna building, which has University code MA, in offices MA104. The building is on one side of the Church, which is the easiest place to locate in Wolverhampton, and is flanked by the Library on one side and by the Arena theatre on the other side.
