There are three 1-star (nothing better) Michelin restaurants in Birmingham. Nothing higher-rated than that, which is strange at first sight since Birmingham is UK's 2nd most populated city (Tokyo, for instance, has over 200 Michelin restaurants and you have 1-star restaurants even in Issoire). But that's England, where gastronomy is notoriously poor.
