Georgia საქართველო is the intersection of Europe and Asia, with Tbilisi as its capital, with a great gastronomy close to the Turkish and Levantine types but with its own touch that sublimates these genres, as well as a millennial attachment to wine (being one of the oldest wine-making civilization) with Saperavi being Fabrice's favorite wine despite its causing strong bodily reactions.
