Bournemouth is a seaside resort town in Dorset, popular with pensioners, and famous for its 7 miles of golden sandy beaches on clean and year-round warm seas. The town centre has notable Victorian architecture. The spire of St Peter's Church is a local landmark.

We visited for on day on 14 September (2019). Initially, we were meant to visit a campervan dealer but by the time we discussed their option, we managed to find a much better deal (in nearby Dudley). Hence we went there for the beach only.
